607 Urban Oak StoneCast Expanse ll 527 By Next Floor

Urban Oak suits open-plan main floors and condos where one floor runs through the whole level: the boards are 9″ x 60″, so there are fewer seams across a large space. It is a StoneCast Expanse ll plank, 6 mm thick, carrying 20 mil of UV-cured urethane and a four-sided colour-enhanced bevel. The attached cushion returns STC 65, IIC 72 and HIIC 92, useful numbers if your building requires an acoustic rating. It floats on a NextPro double-lock click and is approved on, above and below grade. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Urban Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
