What you get with Kiln Dried Oak is a floating vinyl floor with the underlay already built in: the cushion is bonded to the back of each board, which is where the STC 65, IIC 72 and HIIC 92 results come from. The plank is part of the StoneCast Expanse ll group, 9″ wide and 60″ long at 6 mm, topped with 20 mil of UV-cured urethane and edged with a colour-enhanced bevel. It locks together with a NextPro double-lock joint and can be laid on any level of the house. Warranties include lifetime waterproof and lifetime no cupping. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Kiln Dried Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
