721287 Evergreen Waterproof Laminate By Evergreen

Landlords and investors refitting a rental unit need a floor that survives tenant turnover, and Evergreen 721287 is a sensible candidate. It is a waterproof laminate with an AC4 class rating, so moving day scuffs, wet boots and everyday spills are all part of what it is built to take. The planks are 12 mm thick and measure 195 mm by 1215 mm, a standard size that is easy to lay out in bedrooms, hallways and kitchens. An embossed grain gives the surface some texture, and the semi gloss finish reflects a moderate amount of light. One product can run through the whole suite, which keeps transitions simple. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Evergreen 721287 across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
