88004-7 Atlantic By Grandeur Flooring

88004-7 combines taupe, black and brown in a 7” x 48” plank from Grandeur's Atlantic collection. Underfoot it is 5.0mm thick, made from a 4.0mm SPC core and a 1.0mm EVA layer that adds some cushion and softens sound. SPC is a rigid stone-composite, so the plank is waterproof and does not swell, which makes it workable in laundry rooms and lower levels. Grandeur rates it for installation on, above or below grade. The planks float, joined with a drop-lock system, and need no adhesive. Wear protection is 0.3mm (12 mil), a fit for family rooms and bedrooms with moderate traffic. Each carton covers 26.721 sq ft, backed by a 15 year residential and 10 year commercial limited warranty. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 88004-7 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
