98009 Reddish Brown Soho By Lee Flooring

Reddish Brown Oak carries product number 98009 in the Soho range from Lee Flooring. It goes down as a floating floor over a flat, dry subfloor, which keeps the work quick and keeps the installation reversible. The boards are 48 inches long, 7 inches wide and 1/2 inch thick, with 18.46 sq. ft. in a box. Hydronic radiant heat is approved, so the floor suits a room where the warmth comes from below. AC4 is a durability class, and it points to a surface meant for everyday wear in a home rather than a shop. A 35 year residential warranty applies. Skids hold 50 boxes and weigh 1850 lbs, worth knowing if you are ordering for a whole house. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Reddish Brown Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot.
