Soho

Soho has the widest colour range in the Lee Flooring laminate lineup, with 12 options that run from White Maple and Light Maple through weathered and smoked oaks to Charcoal Black and Dark Walnut.

Each board measures 7 by 48 inches at 1/2 inch thick, and the AC4 rating holds up in living rooms, bedrooms and family rooms with kids and pets. Soho installs as a floating floor, and Lee Flooring rates it for use with hydronic radiant heating, so it can go over a hot-water in-floor system. Each box covers 18.46 sq ft, and Lee Flooring gives it a 35-year limited residential warranty.

The full set is Light Walnut Oak, White Maple, Charcoal Black, Reddish Brown, Dark Walnut, Weathered Oak, Steel Grey Oak, Glacier Grey Oak, Pale Grey Oak, Vintage Smoked Oak, Light Maple and Honey Oak. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Soho across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
