98005 Glacier Grey Oak Soho By Lee Flooring

Glacier Grey Oak is product 98005 from Lee Flooring's Soho collection. The specifications list a 1/2 inch thickness in a 7 inch by 48 inch board, 18.46 sq. ft. to a box, and a 35 year limited residential warranty. The floor is floating, so the boards connect to each other and sit loose over the subfloor with no fasteners or glue, and the AC4 rating tells you the surface is meant to take regular household wear. Soho is suitable for hydronic radiant systems, which is useful in a lower level or an addition where in-floor heat is already running. Boxes weigh 37 lbs, with 50 on a skid. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Glacier Grey Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot.
