98007 Weathered Oak Soho By Lee Flooring

Weathered Oak is the 98007 colour in Lee Flooring's Soho collection. This is a floating floor, which means no nails and no adhesive, and it can be laid over a suitable existing subfloor without tearing everything out first. Each board runs 48 inches long and 7 inches wide at 1/2 inch thick, and one box covers 18.46 sq. ft. An AC4 wear rating is aimed at busy homes, so hallways, family rooms and bedrooms are all within reach. Radiant heat is not a problem: Soho is suitable for use with hydronic systems. Coverage is backed by a 35 year residential warranty. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Weathered Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot.
