About the collection
72Hr Water-Resistant by Lee Flooring
With a 72-hour water-resistance rating built into its name, this is the Lee Flooring laminate for spots where water may sit a while: a mudroom entry, a kitchen with a dishwasher, or the floor under a dog's water bowl.
Planks measure 7 1/2 by 48 inches and are half an inch thick, carrying an AC4 wear rating. The floor floats rather than being fastened down, and Lee Flooring notes it works over hydronic in-floor heating. Expect 20.8 square feet per box, backed by a 35-year limited warranty for residential use.
Colour choices are Chestnut Oak, Foggy Grey Oak, Rose Beige Oak, Charcoal Grey Oak, Cream Oak, Hazelnut Oak, Dune Oak, Grey Oak, Honey Oak and Light Golden Oak, so there are light, grey and deeper brown oaks to work with. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 72Hr Water-Resistant across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
