98003 Vintage Smoked Oak Soho By Lee Flooring

Vintage Smoked Oak carries the product number 98003 in Lee Flooring's Soho collection. Floating means the boards are joined to each other rather than fixed to the structure, so whatever is underneath stays as it is. The boards are 1/2 inch thick in a 7 inch by 48 inch size, and one box covers 18.46 sq. ft. AC4 is the wear rating, which is set up for the traffic a family puts on a main floor. Hydronic radiant heat is approved underneath. Lee Flooring warranties the floor for 35 years in a residential setting, and skids arrive with 50 boxes at 1850 lbs. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Vintage Smoked Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot.
