Acorn #6048 Expedition Collection By Beaulieu

Acorn, style 6048, is an oak-design plank from the Expedition collection, packed six planks to a box at 26.59 sq ft. It is engineered luxury vinyl at 0.335" thick: a virgin PVC build layering a 5 mm vinyl and calcium carbonate core, 2 mm of vinyl, a 0.55 mm wear layer and 1.5 mm of cork at the back. The surface is medium embossed with a UV-cured acrylic top coat at a mat gloss. Boards are 225 mm wide and 1830 mm long, micro-bevelled on all four edges, and drop into place with the Valinge 5G locking system, floating over the subfloor with no adhesive. It is FloorScore and E1 certified. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Acorn across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
