Product Specifications
Want real oak downstairs? Astor (01007) from Shaw Floors' Gramercy Park style (SA491) is approved for below grade installation as well as on and above, so it can run from a main floor down into a finished basement. Its engineered construction makes that possible, pairing 1.2 mm of white oak veneer with a 1/2″ thick board. Boards measure 5″ wide, with lengths ranging from 15.75″ to 70.87″. Wirebrushing gives the oak texture, micro bevels outline the edges, and a UV aluminum oxide finish keeps gloss at 7%. Colour variation is high. Radiant heat is compatible. We can nail, staple, glue or float Astor. It is made in Indonesia and sold in 29.53 sq ft cartons. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Gramercy Park Astor across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
