Barley, style 6049, is an oak-design plank in HydraLuxe's Expedition collection of engineered luxury vinyl. Certification is a strong point here: FloorScore, E1 for formaldehyde, BLC, and a phthalates-free formulation, which matters in bedrooms and kids’ rooms. The plank measures 8.858" wide by 72.047" long and 8.5 mm thick, with 2 mm of vinyl under a 0.55 mm wear layer and a UV-cured acrylic top at a mat gloss. Cork backing of 1.5 mm is attached beneath. It floats on Valinge 5G drop lock and has 4-sided micro bevels.
