Baronia Walnut Authentic Intuition By 1867 Floors

Baronia Walnut is a 3/8" (10 mm) plank from 1867 Floors, listed in the Authentic Intuition collection under code 54022772. At 7-1/2" wide and 50-3/4" long, the boards are a manageable size for smaller rooms, closets and hallways, where very long planks mean more cutting and waste. The joint is Unifit Drop Lock, so the planks drop and lock into place and the finished floor floats, with nothing nailed or glued down. That suits condos, where fastening into a concrete slab is not possible. A Commercial Limited AC4 grade stands up to daily family traffic, pets included. Expect 18.79 sq.ft in each box, plus 25-year limited residential cover and a 5-year limited commercial warranty. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Baronia Walnut across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot.
