Baronia Brown Authentic Intuition By 1867 Floors

Baronia Brown, listed on the 1867 Floors sheet under the colour name Baronia Marron (code 54022134), is part of the Authentic Intuition collection. The Unifit Drop Lock system is the detail that shapes installation: boards lock edge to edge and rest on the subfloor as a floating floor, so no adhesive or fasteners are involved. Each plank is 10 mm (3/8") thick, with a 193 mm (7-1/2") width and a 1292 mm (50-3/4") length. Its Commercial Limited AC4 grade suits rooms that get steady use, such as a family room, a front hall or a rental unit that sees frequent turnover. Boxes hold 18.79 sq.ft each. The product comes with a 25-year limited residential warranty and a 5-year limited commercial warranty. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Baronia Brown across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot.
