Product Specifications
Clean Oak gives us three ways to install: staple or nail it to a wood subfloor, glue it with Next Floor's recommended NEXT900 or NEXT800 adhesive, or float it. The method also matters for radiant heat: Next Floor approves hydronic heating under oak colourways only when the floor is floated. Clean Oak is an engineered plank in the Beacon Hill Reserve 633 collection, ½″ thick and 7½″ wide with tongue and groove joints. Seven layers make up the board, including Acacia core layers and a 2 mm sawn face veneer. Cartons cover 31.1 sq. ft. and weigh 50 lbs. Warranty terms are 30-Year residential wear and Lifetime structural. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Clean Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
