Cashmere is from Biyork's HydroGen Pro collection, a glue-down LVP that is 100% waterproof and suitable for hydronic radiant heat. The planks are 7" wide and 48" long. What separates the two versions is thickness and wear layer: 2mm with 12mil, or 3mm with 20mil. The thinner plank is warranted 25 years residential and 5 years light commercial wear, and the thicker one 30 years residential and 10 years light commercial wear, so the 3mm makes sense for a busy family home or small office. A TrueShield coating helps with scratches, stains and wear. Cashmere is FloorScore certified. Glue-down planks need a flat subfloor, so we assess yours before installation. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Cashmere across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
