Product Specifications
Despite the name, Porcelain is vinyl: a glue-down LVP from Biyork's HydroGen Pro collection in a 24" x 12" format. It is 100% waterproof, so it handles bathrooms, entryways and laundry rooms, and it is suitable for hydronic radiant heat. Choose the 2mm version, with a 12mil wear layer plus a 25-year residential and 5-year light commercial wear warranty, or the 3mm version, with a 20mil wear layer plus a 30-year residential and 10-year light commercial wear warranty. A TrueShield coating resists scratches, stains and wear. Porcelain is FloorScore certified and has verified Environmental Product Declarations. Installation is glue-down, over a flat and clean subfloor. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Porcelain across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
