Product Specifications
Open-concept main floors are where Dockside earns its keep. This HydroGen 7 SPC plank from Biyork can run up to 80ft x 80ft without a transition strip, so one floor can flow from the kitchen through the dining and living areas. Each plank is 9" wide, 60" long and 7mm overall, with a 0.5mm wear layer. It is 100% waterproof and compatible with radiant heat, and it can be installed on, above or below grade. Installation uses the I4F Click system, a floating method with no adhesive. The TrueShield coating is scratch, stain and wear resistant, which matters with pets and kids. Dockside is FloorScore certified for indoor air quality and carries a 35-year residential and 10-year light commercial wear warranty. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Dockside across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
