Product Specifications
Early Dawn is from Biyork's HydroGen 7 collection, a next generation SPC floor. What stands out is the plank size: 9" wide by 60" long, and you can cover up to 80ft x 80ft before a transition is required. The 7mm plank floats on the I4F Click system. Being SPC, it is 100% waterproof, so an ensuite, a mudroom or a finished basement is fine. The 0.5mm wear layer sits under TrueShield, a coating built to resist scratches, stains and wear. Early Dawn is compatible with radiant heat and is rated to stay stable between -30°C and +50°C. Wear coverage is 35 years for residential use and 10 years for light commercial, and it is FloorScore certified. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Early Dawn across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
