Product Specifications
For a finished basement, Cervino is a hardwood you can put below grade. It is a European oak engineered floor from Biyork's Nouveau 6 collection, also approved for on-grade and above-grade rooms. Planks measure 6-1/2" wide by 3/4" thick, in random lengths. The oak is character grade, with its knots and natural variation left in, under a wirebrushed finish. Laying it over radiant heat? Oak in this collection is listed as compatible. The boards carry an anti-bacterial coating, FloorScore certification and a 30-year residential warranty. Before we install, we check that the subfloor is flat and dry, which matters for any wood floor going into a lower level. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Cervino across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
