Product Specifications
Bordeaux, from XL Flooring's Drop & Done range, is an LVP made of PVC laminate, so moisture will not swell it the way it can a wood-based floor. Each plank is 48" (1219 mm) long, 6" (152.4 mm) wide and 5 mm thick. That narrower width keeps the pattern in proportion in smaller bedrooms, hallways and condo rooms. An acoustic absorbing backing helps dampen footstep noise, which is worth having above a living space or in a building with neighbours below. The surface is brushed emboss, protected by a 20 mil wear layer that stands up to pets and daily traffic. Cartons cover 20 sf (1.86 m²). Warranty terms are limited: 20 years for homes, 10 years for commercial spaces. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Bordeaux across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
