Boswell Everlife XL Prescott By MSI

Noise travels easily in condos, and Boswell answers that with an engineered acoustic pad that comes with every plank. It is a dark grey, wood-style luxury vinyl from MSI's Everlife XL Prescott collection, built on a rigid core. The plank is 6.5 mm thick and protected by a 20 mil wear layer. MSI lists the board at 8.98 × 60, and the enhanced bevelled edges outline each plank across a long room. Zero acclimation means the cartons do not have to sit in the room for days before work starts. Radiant heating is allowed when the installation instructions are followed. The warranty is lifetime limited residential, with 20-year limited light commercial cover. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Boswell across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
