Everlife XL Prescott by MSI
A 6.5 mm rigid core and a 20 mil wear layer put this wide-plank line a step above XL Cyrus, which shares many of its style names. Planks are 9" x 60" with enhanced bevelled edges, so a large living room, open kitchen or finished basement gets long, clearly defined boards.
The heavier wear layer and thicker core make sense for busy households with kids, pets and daily kitchen traffic, and for light commercial spaces. MSI lists a lifetime limited residential warranty, 20 years light commercial and 15 years commercial. The planks have an engineered pad, click together with MSI's patented locking system and need no acclimation. Underfloor heating is compatible when MSI's installation instructions are followed. Certifications are NSF, Greenguard Gold and FloorScore.
The line offers 39 styles, including Austell Grove, Bracken Hill, Draven, Kardigan and Walnut Waves. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Everlife XL Prescott across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
