This is the heavy-duty option among MSI's 48" planks: a 9 mm rigid core with a 30 mil wear layer and an engineered pad, on a 9" x 48" wood-look plank. A 30 mil surface is made for the hardest wear in a home, such as big dogs, a busy family kitchen or an entry from the garage, and the thick core and pad feel solid and quiet underfoot.

The extra thickness is forgiving over small imperfections in an older subfloor, but a 9 mm floor needs clearance under doors and planned transitions to existing flooring. The line is Greenguard Indoor Air Quality Certified. Most colours are listed at 9 mm with a 30 mil wear layer.

The ten colours are Adlar, Bozeman, Doack, Lark, Malden, Quillian, Roswell, Swilcan, Taos and Tifton. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Everlife Studio across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
