About the collection
Everlife Cyrus by MSI
This is MSI's everyday rigid core plank: 7" x 48", 5 mm thick, topped with 12 mil of wear layer and backed by a 1 mm IXPE pad. A 12 mil layer handles normal family traffic in living rooms, bedrooms and basements, and a rigid core stays flat over concrete and small subfloor dips better than thin glue-down vinyl.
The planks connect with a patented locking system and float over the subfloor, so a basement or condo job involves no adhesive. They are zero-acclimation, and the edges do not have enhanced bevels, which keeps the surface flatter and more continuous. Radiant heating is permitted under MSI's installation instructions. MSI lists a lifetime limited residential warranty and 10 years light commercial, with NSF, Greenguard Gold and FloorScore certification.
The collection runs to 40 styles, including Akadia, Brookline, Katella, Runmill Isle and Wolfeboro, in blonde, beige, brown and grey tones. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Everlife Cyrus across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
