Everlife XL Trecento

Big 18" x 36" tiles are the reason to pick this line over the standard Trecento. Large-format pieces mean fewer joints, which suits open kitchens, great rooms and long hallways, and marble looks such as Calacatta Legend and Carrara Avell read more like stone slabs at that size.

Underneath the pattern sits a 5 mm rigid core and engineered pad, protected by 12 mil of wear layer, with a standard bevel on the edges. Rigid vinyl will not swell from a spilled pot or a wet boot tray the way laminate can, and the pad adds some cushioning on basement concrete. Zero acclimation means the tiles can go down on delivery day. Heated subfloors are allowed following MSI's installation instructions, and the warranty is limited lifetime residential with 10-year light commercial coverage. The tiles are NSF, Greenguard Gold and FloorScore certified.

The 11 designs are White Ocean, Stormbound, Quarzo Taj, Mountains Gray, Kenzzi Taza, Ivorelle, Carrara Avell, Calacatta Venosa Gold, Calacatta Serra, Calacatta Marbello and Calacatta Legend. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Everlife XL Trecento across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
