Everlife Andover by MSI
A 20 mil wear layer on a 5 mm rigid core sets this line apart, along with enhanced bevelled edges that give each plank a defined outline, closer to real hardwood boards. The thicker wear layer is a good match for kitchens, hallways and homes with dogs, and MSI lists a lifetime limited residential warranty plus 15 years for light commercial and 10 years for commercial use.
Planks are 7" x 48" with a 1 mm IXPE pad attached, which softens footsteps and adds comfort over basement concrete. They lock together with MSI's patented click system and float over the subfloor, and zero acclimation lets the job start on delivery day. Radiant heat can be used under MSI's installation instructions, and the planks are NSF, Greenguard Gold and FloorScore certified.
You can choose from 13 colours, including Whitby White, Kingsdown Gray, Highcliffe Greige, Bellamy Brooks and Briar Haven. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Everlife Andover across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
