Everlife Ashton by MSI
These are MSI's slimmest rigid core planks, 4.4 mm thick with a 6 mil wear layer and a 1 mm IXPE pad attached. A patented locking system clicks the planks together over the subfloor, and zero acclimation means installation can start as soon as the boxes arrive. The low profile helps in condos and renovations where you want to keep door trims and appliance heights as they are.
A 6 mil wear layer is a better fit for bedrooms, dens and guest rooms than for a busy mudroom. The planks measure 7" x 48" with a standard bevel and a wood look. Radiant heating is permitted following MSI's instructions, the warranty is 25 years residential, and the line holds NSF, Greenguard Gold and FloorScore certification.
Five colours make up the line: York Gray, Maracay Brown, Loton Hill, Colston Park and Bergen Hills. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Everlife Ashton across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
