York Gray Everlife Ashton By MSI

York Gray is a light grey, wood-style rigid core LVT in MSI's Everlife Ashton collection. With a 6 mil wear layer, it is best matched to rooms with lighter foot traffic, such as bedrooms, guest rooms and a home office. The plank is 4.4 mm thick and measures 7.13" x 48.03", and its 1 mm IXPE backing serves as the engineered acoustic pad, so there is no extra underlay. Planks lock together with MSI's patented locking system and float over the subfloor without glue. There is no acclimation wait. York Gray can be installed over radiant heating per the instructions, carries a 25-year limited residential warranty, and holds certification from NSF, Greenguard Gold, FloorScore and USGBC LEED. 22FLOORING supplies and installs York Gray across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
