Maracay Brown is a floating floor option from the Everlife Ashton series by MSI, in a brown wood style. The planks click together with a patented locking system, so they rest on the subfloor with no adhesive, and a 1 mm IXPE backing forms the engineered acoustic pad to reduce noise. This rigid core LVT is 4.4 mm thick with a 6 mil wear layer, a lighter-duty surface that suits bedrooms and quieter living spaces. Boards are 7" x 48" with a standard bevel. Zero acclimation means the job can begin on arrival, and radiant heat is permitted when the instructions are followed.
