Everlife Wilmont by MSI
You get the heaviest wear layer of MSI's glue-down Everlife lines here: 20 mil, on a dryback plank 2.5 mm thick. That extra surface protection makes it a sound pick for kitchens, hallways, mudrooms and homes with kids or pets. It even suits small shops and offices, since MSI pairs a lifetime limited residential warranty with 15-year light commercial and 10-year commercial terms.
Planks are 7" x 48" with a wood look and no attached pad. Gluing them to the subfloor keeps the floor low and solid, without the slight movement a floating floor can have across a large open area. They are not zero-acclimation, so the boxes need to settle in the room first. Heated floors are allowed per MSI's instructions, and every colour is NSF Certified, Greenguard Gold and FloorScore rated.
Seven colours are offered: Woodrift Gray, Twilight Oak, Reclaimed Oak, Lime Washed Oak, Elmwood Ash, Charcoal Oak and Burnished Acacia. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Everlife Wilmont across Toronto and the GTA.
