Lime Washed Oak Everlife Wilmont By MSI

Lime Washed Oak brings a beige, wood-style look to the Everlife Wilmont collection from MSI. It is a 2.5 mm dryback vinyl plank, meaning it is installed with adhesive directly onto the subfloor. Being thin, it keeps floor height low next to existing thresholds. The wear layer is 20 mil, and warranty terms run lifetime limited at home, 15 years light commercial, 10 years commercial. Planks measure 7″ × 48″ with standard bevelled edges and no acoustic pad. It is compatible with radiant heating when installed to MSI's instructions. Certifications include Greenguard Gold, FloorScore, NSF and USGBC LEED. As it is not a zero-acclimation floor, we let the planks acclimate before we install. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Lime Washed Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
