Twilight Oak Everlife Wilmont By MSI

Twilight Oak is a light grey wood-style plank in the Everlife Wilmont collection by MSI. It is a dryback luxury vinyl, so we glue it directly to a flat, prepared subfloor. The plank is 2.5 mm thick with a 20 mil wear layer, sized 7″ × 48″ with a standard bevel. There is no acoustic pad, and it is not a zero-acclimation product, so the boxes need time to acclimate in the room before we start. Radiant heating is approved when installed to MSI's instructions. It carries Greenguard Gold and FloorScore certifications along with NSF and USGBC LEED. Homes get lifetime limited warranty coverage, while light commercial use gets 15 years and commercial 10 years. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Twilight Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
