Everlife Wayne Parc Reserve

At 9" x 72", these are the longest planks in the Everlife lines we carry, and at 12 mm they are also the thickest. The Reserve line takes the Wayne Parc colour names to a heavier build with a 30 mil wear layer, a surface made to handle dog claws, dropped toys and a busy kitchen.

Boards this long show a wood look best in large rooms and long sightlines, such as an open living and dining area or a wide hallway, and they leave fewer end joints across the floor. With a 12 mm plank, plan for door trimming and transition pieces where the new floor meets tile or carpet. Heated floors are permitted when MSI's installation instructions are followed. The planks are Greenguard Gold and FloorScore certified for low indoor emissions, as well as USGBC LEED Certified.

The six colours are Andaz, Bluffview, Elwood, Macland, Mellshire and Waldron, in blonde and brown tones. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Everlife Wayne Parc Reserve across Toronto and the GTA. See our vinyl flooring installation page, or send us your square footage for a free quote.
