Everlife Acclima

This is MSI's glue-down plank with zero acclimation. The dryback vinyl measures 2 mm, has a 12 mil wear layer and no attached pad, and because it is rated for zero acclimation, the boxes do not have to sit in the room for days before the installer starts. That helps on a tight schedule, such as a rental turnover or a condo between tenants.

Each plank measures 7" x 48" in a wood look. Dryback vinyl is glued straight to a flat, clean subfloor, so it stays low at door thresholds and under appliances and does not shift underfoot. You can run radiant heating beneath it, following MSI's installation instructions. It is NSF Certified, Greenguard Gold and FloorScore certified, and MSI lists a 25 year residential and 6 year light commercial warranty.

There are eight colours: Whitfield Gray, Wharton, Waldorf, Runmill Isle, MT Sande, Louis Hill, Ayla and Ludlow, mostly blonde tones with two browns and a light grey. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Everlife Acclima across Toronto and the GTA.
