MT Sande Everlife Acclima By MSI

MT Sande suits a project on a tight schedule. This blonde, wood-style plank from MSI's Everlife Acclima collection needs zero acclimation, and as a dryback LVT it is glued straight to a prepared subfloor. Shade variation is low, so the colour stays even from plank to plank. Each 7 × 48 plank has a 2 MM profile and a 12 MIL wear layer for normal household traffic, and the edges have a standard bevel. It has no acoustic pad. MSI approves it over radiant heating with its installation instructions. Its certifications are Greenguard Gold, NSF, FloorScore and USGBC LEED, and the warranty is 25 years residential with 6 years limited light commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs MT Sande across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
