Wharton Everlife Acclima By MSI

Wharton is a blonde wood-style vinyl plank with low shade variation, so the planks look consistent. It comes from MSI's Everlife Acclima collection and is a dryback LVT, meaning it is glued down rather than clicked together. That makes it a practical pick for rental units, offices and rooms where planks must stay put under furniture. Wharton needs no acclimation period, so installation can begin without the usual wait. Planks are 7 × 48 and 2 MM, with a 12 MIL wear layer. It works over radiant heat when you follow the installation guidelines. MSI's warranty gives 25 years for residential use and 6 years limited for light commercial. Certified NSF, Greenguard Gold, FloorScore and USGBC LEED. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Wharton across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
