Ludlow Everlife Acclima By MSI

Ludlow brings a brown wood style to MSI's Everlife Acclima collection in a 7 × 48 glue-down plank. A 6-year limited light commercial warranty, on top of 25 years residential, shows it is meant for more than bedrooms, so think home offices, rental units and small retail spaces. Ludlow is a 2 MM dryback LVT. It has no acoustic pad, and its wear layer is 12 MIL. It is a zero-acclimation product, which shortens the time from delivery to finished floor. The subfloor needs to be flat and clean before gluing, and we handle that preparation. Radiant heating is fine under the installation instructions. It carries NSF, FloorScore, Greenguard Gold and USGBC LEED certification. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Ludlow across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
