Everlife Ashton 2.0

Compared with the original Ashton, this version doubles the wear layer to 12 mil while keeping the slim 4.4 mm rigid core and an engineered pad. The thicker top layer stands up better to scuffs from kids, pets and chair legs, so it holds up in kitchens and family rooms, and the residential warranty moves up to lifetime limited, with 6 years for light commercial use.

The wood-look planks are 7.13" x 48.03" with a standard bevel. They need no acclimation time before installation, and radiant heating is fine with MSI's installation guidance. The slim profile is handy in condo renovations where the new floor has to meet existing tile or carpet without a tall transition. Certifications include NSF, Greenguard Gold and FloorScore.

There are five colours: Sunnyset, Stableton, Dillion Fog, Benton Blonde and Beckley Bruno, covering brown, blonde, light grey and dark grey. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Everlife Ashton 2.0 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
