Sunnyset Everlife Ashton 2.0 By MSI

Sunnyset is a brown, wood-style rigid core LVT from MSI's Everlife Ashton 2.0 collection. The plank is 4.4 mm thick with a 12 mil wear layer, a sensible level of protection for bedrooms, dens and living areas. It comes with an engineered acoustic pad to soften the sound underfoot, and MSI rates it zero acclimation, so installation does not have to wait for the planks to sit in the room. Boards are 7.13" x 48.03" with a standard bevel. Radiant heating is approved per the installation instructions. Sunnyset is NSF Certified, Greenguard Gold and FloorScore Certified, and the warranty is lifetime limited residential and 6-year light commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Sunnyset across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
