Briar Haven Everlife Andover By MSI

Briar Haven offers a brown wood style from the Everlife Andover collection by MSI. The warranty is a good place to start: lifetime limited for residential use, 15 years limited for light commercial and 10 years limited for commercial, so it can serve a family room as well as a small office. Each plank is 5 mm thick and carries a 20 mil wear layer, and the actual size is 7.13" x 48.03". It comes with an engineered acoustic pad that softens footfall. Briar Haven is rated for use over radiant heating according to the installation instructions, and it holds NSF, Greenguard Gold, FloorScore and USGBC LEED certifications. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Briar Haven across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
