Kingsdown Gray Everlife Andover By MSI

Kingsdown Gray is a dark grey, wood-style plank in MSI's Everlife Andover series. Its 20 mil wear layer is built to handle scuffs from boots, toys and pet claws, from the front hall to the kitchen. The plank is rigid core LVT, 5 mm thick, and has a 1 mm IXPE backing that works as its engineered acoustic pad. Installation is quick: MSI rates it zero acclimation, and the boards click together with a patented locking system to form a floating floor, with no glue on your subfloor. Each board is 7" x 48" with enhanced bevels. It is cleared for radiant heating under MSI's instructions and holds NSF, Greenguard Gold, FloorScore and USGBC LEED certification. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Kingsdown Gray across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
