Akadia Everlife Cyrus By MSI

Akadia is a blonde plank from the Everlife Cyrus collection by MSI, styled like wood and built on an SPC core. The waterproof stone-composite core lets one floor run from the bedrooms into the bathroom and kitchen without a change of material. Each plank is 5 mm thick, 7 x 48 inches, with a 12 mil wear layer, and MSI adds a 1 mm IXPE backing that functions as the engineered acoustic pad. Installation is a floating floor held together by a patented click locking system. Akadia is zero acclimation, suits radiant heating under the instructions, and is certified Greenguard Gold and NSF. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Akadia across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
