Jenta Everlife XL Prescott By MSI

Jenta is USGBC LEED certified, which is worth knowing if your renovation has green building goals, and it is also NSF, Greenguard Gold and FloorScore certified. The plank is a brown luxury vinyl in a wood style from MSI's Everlife XL Prescott collection, made on a rigid core. A 20 mil wear layer protects its 6.5 mm body, and an engineered acoustic pad is supplied. The format is 9 × 60, and the edges carry an enhanced bevel. Jenta needs no acclimation time, and MSI's installation instructions cover its use over radiant heating. MSI covers it with a lifetime limited residential warranty and a 20-year limited warranty for light commercial settings. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Jenta across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
