Akadia Everlife XL Prescott By MSI

Akadia is a wood-style luxury vinyl plank in MSI's Everlife XL Prescott collection, its 6.5 mm body topped by a 20 mil wear layer. On the underside is a 1 mm IXPE backing, and an engineered acoustic pad is included, which helps cut footstep noise in condos and on upper floors. It is rated zero acclimation, so installation can begin once the cartons arrive. The plank measures 8.98 × 60 and has enhanced bevelled edges. Radiant heating is allowed when MSI's installation instructions are followed. Its certifications are NSF, Greenguard Gold, FloorScore and USGBC LEED. MSI backs it with a lifetime limited residential warranty, and commercial terms run 15-year limited, or 20-year limited for light commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Akadia across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
