Grayton Everlife XL Prescott By MSI

Grayton is a light grey, wood-style plank that handles hallways and entrances where traffic is steady. It is a rigid core luxury vinyl from MSI's Everlife XL Prescott range. At 6.5 mm, it has a 20 mil wear layer to take on boots, bags and pets. An engineered acoustic pad comes with each plank. The 9 × 60 boards have enhanced bevelled edges. Grayton needs zero acclimation, and it is suitable over radiant heating when MSI's instructions are followed. It is NSF certified, as well as Greenguard Gold, FloorScore and USGBC LEED certified. On warranty, homes get lifetime limited coverage, light commercial spaces 20-year limited, and commercial spaces 15-year limited. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Grayton across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
