Katella Ash Everlife XL Prescott By MSI

Katella Ash is a gray-dark wood look in MSI's Everlife XL Prescott collection, and it is a large format plank at 8.98 by 60 inches. The build is rigid core, 6.5 mm thick, with an engineered acoustic pad included and a 20 mil wear layer over the print. Enhanced bevelled edges run around every board, so the plank lines read clearly instead of disappearing into one flat surface. It clicks together and floats, with zero acclimation, so delivery and installation can happen the same day. Radiant heating is approved, the certifications are NSF, Greenguard Gold, FloorScore and USGBC LEED, and the warranty runs lifetime limited residential and 20-year limited light commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Katella Ash across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
