Braly Everlife XL Prescott By MSI

Braly carries NSF certification alongside Greenguard Gold, FloorScore and USGBC LEED. The plank is brown luxury vinyl, wood in style, and belongs to MSI's Everlife XL Prescott collection. The plank has a rigid core, measures 6.5 mm and is topped by a 20 mil wear layer, enough for daily use in living rooms, dens and bedrooms. It comes with an engineered acoustic pad. The long 9 × 60 boards have enhanced bevelled edges. Braly needs zero acclimation and is permitted over radiant heating under MSI's installation instructions. MSI covers Braly with a lifetime limited residential warranty; light commercial installs get 20 years and commercial installs 15 years, both limited. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Braly across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
