Brownell Point #2280

Brownell Point is an SPC vinyl plank in HydraLuxe Rigid's Tidal Nature collection, rated for heavy residential and light commercial use. The rigid stone-composite core, 70% calcium carbonate and 30% vinyl, is waterproof, so it can go in kitchens, bathrooms and basement suites. Total thickness is 4.4 mm, including a 1.0000 mm EVA foam backing, so no separate underlay is needed. The Välinge 2G angle-to-angle lock lets the planks float without nails or glue. On the face is a wood design with medium embossing, a mat gloss and micro bevels on 4 sides, protected by a 0.0120" (0.3000 mm) wear layer under UV-cured polyurethane and ceramic bead technology. It is rated IIC 71 and STC 72. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Brownell Point across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
